MICROLOCATION

the village of Majcni near Sežana

The housing units are located in one of the best-kept villages in the municipality of Sežana. Just opposite the new building, there is a bus stop with the village square behind it and a children's playground. There is also a snack bar and dedicated area for a game of boules. Numerous paths and trails winding through meadows, vineyards and woods provide plenty of opportunities for recreation, whether on foot, by bike or horse. The administrative center of Sežana is 6 km away, only five minutes drive. It will take you just as long to get to the nearest junction to the motorway for Ljubljana and Nova Gorica (junction Senožeče) or for Trieste, Koper (junction Sežana).

In less than 30 minutes drive you can reach the seaside - either in Koper, Trieste or Sesljan (Sistiana), or arrive at the nearest airport Trieste-Ronchi. It takes an hour and 15 minutes to reach Rijeka, and two hours to reach Venice. A drive to Ljubljana will take you less than 50 minutes.

Wooden windows, doors and shutters of solid profile, 90 mm thick, with three-layer gas thermopane glazing for maximum insulation  0.5 W / m2K, are installed. Wood cladding on the balconies is made with Cumaru (Brazilian teak).
