SETTLEMENT
Living concept
The homes are organized around a central common space that opens onto the central public square of the settlement. The intimate space of the basic living unit, which passes through the daily outdoor living yard (borjač) into the central space of the building, is intended for social gathering and meeting of the people.
SPACE AND LOCATION
Geomantic analysis
The basic geomantic rule on health says: if we want to have a healthy living space, we need to capture the vital energy of the Earth in that space. The energy moves dynamically in the space, it strengthens the human organism and provides it with natural vitality, immunity and strength; choosing the right building location was paramount for the construction of a geomantic home.

Geomantic analysis

The positioning of the building in the beneficial zones of vital energy flows and intersections was of key importance; it is about placing the building on two central energy centers - the source of life energy.
